The Charleswood Legion has a very active and fun dart league on Wednesday evenings. The dart league currently has 30 registered members playing with the ability to hold more. The league plays from October until April each year with approximately 20 game nights, and 7 other event nights in each season. During the summer months, and when the league is not playing, the players still enjoy coming out on Wednesday evenings to play fun darts just to keep active and socialize with family and friends. We are flexible with seasonal fees or a per night fee for snowbirds and those unsure of their ability to commit to every Wednesday (spare). $60.00 for the season, including banquet nights, or $3.00 for a night which would go towards your meal fee if you attended one of two banquet nights.
The dart league players have various levels of playing skills and the more seasoned players are willing to help those starting out to learn to play and enjoy the game. Our more skilled players compete in the fall for the chance to represent the Charleswood Legion at the district level and hopefully advance to the provincial and national championship tournaments.
So please, if you’re interested at all, stop by the Charleswood Legion Branch #100 Wednesday evenings for a game. You never know, you may end up staying for the entire season.
