Well we are halfway through summer already and we hope everyone is having a great one. It’s great to see everyone.
There have been a few changes around the Legion. The biggest is the new sign in the parking lot. Also thanks to the tireless work of Alf Tait, there is now a bus shelter across the street from the Legion. Alf was instrumental in getting things moving and following up for over a year to get the shelter installed. Well done.
We are hoping to have one of the Horse Shoe pits repaired and ready to go soon. Let’s get out there and enjoy the warm weather and pitch some shoes.
Thinking of helping out, would you like to volunteer in your spare time? We are always looking for people to help out with different events and functions. Speak to any member of the executive or leave your name and number at the bar and we will contact you.

19 Aug. We will be holding a Legion Open House and Family day. There will be activates and displays for the whole family.
